A truly beautiful cabin in the heart of Golden, BC. Clean, cozy, and perfectly located with breathtaking mountain views. We loved every minute and would definitely stay again. Words fall short for the Cabin and the Host. Evan, thank you so much ☺️

Great place to stay in the Golden area, couple min from downtown and very private and secluded with very fast highway access. The cabin was beautiful and cozy, the bed rooms were adorable. The hot tub had stunning views of the mountains during the day. Perfect place for a peaceful weekend get away. (Also if you’re a ski bum this place would be rad.)

Great weekend getaway! Close to town and the mountains. Evan is a great host and has added lots of extras that one would love to have while away. Stunning views and relaxing place to return to after a day of adventure. We will definitely return!

we had a lovely stay at Evan's place. very peaceful with a stunning view. Evan's place is perfect, and Evan even thought of everything ( a speaker, card games, towel for the jaccuzi...) I totally recommend his place and hope to come back with my little family.

This cabin was the highlight of our trip. We initially had some doubts about driving so far to Golden, but when we got there we loved it. The town is nice, the views are stunning, the hot tub is perfect (and private), and it's totally worth the drive from the airport. Evan was helpful from the moment we booked to even after our stay. The cabin has a ladder-like staircase that can be scary at first but you get used to it. There is no TV, but the wi-fi is great so you can bring a personal device to stream on if thats something important to you. On a clear day, the view is literally breath taking. We stayed during a heavier snow fall and would love to do it all over again. There are a handful of cool things to do nearby and Evan provides a list of recommendations as well. When we weren't in the cabin we spent our time walking along the river, snow-mobiling, and strolling through the small town. 10/10 we'd love to visit this cabin again!

Evan’s place is truly a magical little spot in the woods. We went in the deep of winter and felt like we entered a fantasy novel. Evan’s restaurant recommendations were spot on, and the comfort of his space left us grateful every time we returned to it. We decided before we left that we were likely to return during the summer months for a whole new, wonderful experience.

The only complaint I have is that I can’t rate this stay 6+ out of 5 stars. We had the most amazing time at Evan’s Cabin - it was perfectly cozy, relaxing, and right in the middle of nature. The amenities (especially hot tub) were awesome and the place was absolutely gorgeous. It was great setting for nearby hikes (highly recommend Wapta Falls…but go all the way down the hike by the waterfall) and still close to a town in case you needed that access. Evan was one of the best AirBNB hosts I’ve ever stayed with, he was so kind, helpful, and responsive - we will absolutely be staying here again! Thank you!!!

Wonderful location in Golden! The cabin is about 5 mins from town, so you feel isolated and can't see the neighbour's. The views from all angles of the property are amazing. Comfy bed in the bunkhouse and all amenities were there. Very clean, and responsive host. I hope to stay again, highly recommend!
